Review by hotel critic
During our recent stay at Apartaestudios Los Andes, my family and I had the pleasure of dining at Grato, the hotel's innovative onsite restaurant. As a professional dancer and cultural promoter, I appreciate experiences that infuse creativity and authenticity, and Grato did not disappoint. One evening, we decided to indulge in a culinary journey at Grato. The ambiance was inviting, blending modern elegance with a touch of Colombian charm. The restaurant not only offered a cozy living area and a well-appointed dining table but also showcased a menu that celebrated the diverse flavors of Colombian cuisine. We savored a delightful meal that reflected the country's rich gastronomic heritage. From hearty arepas to flavorful bandeja paisa, each dish was a testament to the culinary expertise of the chef. However, I couldn't help but notice that the buffet breakfast lacked variety, offering the same options daily. Given the abundance of ingredients and flavors in Colombian cuisine, a rotation of breakfast dishes would have truly elevated the dining experience at Grato.our dining experience at Grato was a delightful exploration of Colombian flavors in a modern setting. I would recommend this restaurant to fellow food enthusiasts looking to savor the essence of Colombian cuisine in a chic atmosphere.
